Why the group exists
Most of the world's copper, zinc and cobalt changes hands many times between the pit and the port. Each handover dilutes accountability. THELIS was structured to remove those seams: to mine, process and market under one standard, one name and one responsibility.
The group is anchored in Switzerland and the United Kingdom, trades through Dubai, and operates in Zambia and the Democratic Republic of Congo. Each jurisdiction plays the role it is best at: governance where governance is strongest, trading where the flows converge, operations where the metal lies.
THELIS Mineral Resources is the mining, processing and trading company of THELIS Group — the wider house it belongs to, and answers to.
